The brief was to refurb the communal spaces within the building with special focus on making the experience, outside of the training, a really great one.

The overall concept was to create a conservatory, while taking full advantage of the beautiful surroundings. The design allowed the garden to creep into the building whilst also taking full advantage of the views. There are four ‘themed’ restaurant spaces, a private dining mezzanine space, a buffet casual – dining space and three patio spaces.

Various seating typologies, with various comfort levels, lighting levels and levels of privacy accommodated the various modes people would be in while using the space.
