The driving ambition behind the new store format developed for Tile Africa was to shift from a showroom environment to a retail environment in which displays enable the customer to make inspired style decisions and informed product selections. 

The layout and merchandise principles employed took learnings from apparel retail, showcasing curated solutions, with outposted shop- able product on hand, ie SHOP THE LOOK, which is a departure from the traditional category led showroom environment.
