A detailed site selection review of Sandtonoffice buildings was undertaken. The briefspecified a Green Star-rated building, closeto public amenities and transport networks,and offering high-quality on-site facilitiessuch as a gym, restaurant, and restrooms.90 Grayston met all criteria, with the 4thfloor (1,400m² of usable space) selected.To ensure employee needs drove thedesign, Discovery Workshops and SeniorManagement Questionnaires engagedover 100 employees.A form of Activity Based Working (ABW)model was introduced, representing asignificant shift from the existing setup.In addition to this, A dedicated ChangeManager was appointed to guide thetransition, equip staff with tools, and ensureadoption.
