Siemens Energy - Workplace

As Siemens Energy transitioned to a hybrid working model, the opportunity arose to createa workplace that would better support evolving ways of working while maximizingthe efficiency of their floorplate. Rather than increasing their footprint, the focus was on creating a flexible, high-performing environment that would enhance collaboration, productivity, and employee experience.

Inspired by the components of energy generation, the design concept, The Siemens EnergyTransformation Powerhouse, celebrates engineered evolution—a workplace where people, technology, and ideas come together to drive growth and innovation.

Through extensive engagement with individual departments, we developed a workplace strategy that balanced client-facing functions with operational requirements, creating a seamless experience for both visitors and employees. Subtle curves were introduced throughout the floorplate to improve movement and flow, while avariety of work settings support focus, collaboration, and social connection.

The material palette combines machined metals, natural timbers, concrete finishes, boldbranding, digital expression, and energised lighting to create a contemporary workplace that reflects Siemens Energy's global identity. Key features includea welcoming reception area, multifunctional Townhall, work café, flexible collaboration spaces, and technology-enabled work environments.

The completed workplace delivers a flexible and future-ready environment thatsupports Siemens Energy's evolving ways of working. Through a thoughtful balance of collaboration, focus, and social spaces, the design has enhanced the employee experience, improved space utilisation, and strengthened the connection between people, culture, and brand.
