A comprehensive workplace methodology to consolidate Tourvest who previously occupied 6 buildings into one building as a result of the pandemic. The challenge was to create a workplace that attracted people back into the office. This is achieved by creating a home away from home, a place where local culture, art and biodiversity was celebrated to create a warm, friendly and familiar environment.
